Any AI can get things wrong. We limit it to your own content, tell it to hand over when unsure and test it before launch. You can read its conversations and correct its content at any time.
Is it safe for customer data?
It is set up not to ask for or keep sensitive details such as card numbers or passwords, and the privacy note tells visitors what happens to their messages.
