What you get
About this service
The essentials for a site that does not change much: we update it every month, take a backup first, check the main pages afterwards and watch that it stays online.
No change hours are included; if you need an edit, we quote it first. Billed monthly by invoice. We never charge your card automatically, and you can cancel any time.
How the work runs
Starts as soon as the first monthly invoice is paid and continues month by month.

Once the first invoice is paid, we get access and take a first backup.
Health check
Within the first week we check the site and tell you about anything that needs attention.
Monthly care
Each month we take a backup, run updates and check the main pages.
Note
You get a short note of what was updated.
What we need from you
- Admin access to your website.
- Hosting or cPanel access.
- An email address for alerts and the monthly note.
Good to know before you order
How is it billed?
Monthly by invoice. You pay by card, bank transfer or wallet credit, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time through a support ticket. The plan will not renew after the month you have paid for.
What if I need a change?
Send a request from your client account. We quote it first and only start once you agree. If you often need changes, the Website Care Plan includes 1 hour a month.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Ask in a ticket and the new plan starts from your next invoice.
