What happens if I forget to pay a hosting renewal?
We send the invoice and reminders before the due date. If it stays unpaid, the hosting is suspended a few days after the due date, and ends later if it is still unpaid. Paying the invoice brings a suspended service back straight away.
Can you move my existing website to your hosting?
Yes. Order a hosting plan and send us a support ticket, and we will help you move your site.
How quickly is my hosting set up?
Plans set up automatically are ready a few minutes after your invoice is paid. Otherwise our team sets up your account within one business day. Either way you get the details by email and can open cPanel from your client account.
Is email included with hosting?
Yes. Every plan includes email addresses at your own domain, with webmail and settings for your phone and computer.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes, hosting is for a domain you own. If you don't have one yet, use the domain search on our site to register one first.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Send us a support ticket and we will move your account to the bigger plan. Your website and email stay as they are.
